Consolidating the management of all our properties is already, and will continue, delivering significant benefits for Sentinel investors by maximising savings, efficiencies and rental income across our portfolio.
When using a number of external property managers, we constantly found they were not proactive in striving to reduce outgoings for tenants, and our investors, or ensuring appropriate rent reviews. We have now consolidated every facet of property management, from leasing and ongoing financial and operational management, into one in-house division that is focused solely on the performance of Sentinel properties.
